If you want to mow a small to medium-sized lawn fully automatically, the STIHL RMI 422 iMOW® robotic mower is a practical solution. Its mulching mowing deck is powered by an integrated lithium-ion battery. During mulching, the lawn is only ever cut by a small amount, so that particularly fine grass clippings are uniformly introduced into the turf and the valuable nutrients benefit the soil again as fertiliser. This ensures a dense and healthy lawn. Using the multi-setting cutting height adjustment, your lawn is cut precisely to your desired height, thanks to the adaptive slope speed function even on uneven terrain with a gradient of up to 35 %. Its robust hood protects the iMOW® against obstacles and the weather. Integrated sensors detect contact with an object and initiate a change in the direction of the iMOW® robotic mower. The compact machine can be set up and organised in just a few steps via the control unit. Using the interactive mowing plan, the time window in which the automatic lawn mower can be operational can be specified for each day. Within these active times, the machine automatically determines the best times to mow for an optimum result. An installation kit is required for installation. The STIHL iMOW® robotic mowers comply with all applicable safety standards. Nevertheless, the iMOW® robotic mower is not a toy. During the iMOW® robotic mower's active times, in particular children, bystanders and animals must be kept out of the working area. Movable hood

The movable hood with sensors protects the STIHL iMOW® robotic mower from weather and obstacles. If the iMOW® robotic mower comes up against an obstacle during automatic mowing, the sensors integrated in the movable hood detect contact with the object on the lawn and initiate a change of direction.

Bright LCD display

The control panel is integrated into the housing of the STIHL iMOW® robotic mower and features a large LCD display. It provides a particularly intuitive way of recording all settings as well as a way of viewing all functions and performance data of the automatic lawn mower. The high-contrast, bright display is easy to read even in sunlight.
